Simply amazing software (SAS) is a privately owned company that was established in 1998.

HelpDesk Pro was originally built on the FileMaker Pro database engine, however the desire to give our clients a product which fully benefited from the power and accessibility of the web caused us to completely rewrite the application in 2003. Today, HelpDesk Pro has a 4th generation, 100% web-based engine, and clients only need a web browser to access their copy.

Continuing with the customer service theme, we have recently completed our 'JobDesk Pro' web-based Job Order application.
JobDesk Pro enables your clients to book in and monitor progress of their jobs, and it allows your staff to dynamically update progress on those jobs, to track them, and to provide feedback to the client - all via their web browser.
