This FREE 10 User version has most of the features of the 20 User and Professional
Versions except for: a) you cannot have your logo on the product; b) no SMS
Cell phone alerts are provided for; c) there is no Google scheduling calendar
integrated.
We host your copy of HelpDesk Pro on our servers in our secure
hosting environment.
Limited to 10 Users. When calculating how many 'Users' there will be of the
HelpDesk Pro application, your HelpDesk Staff/Operators are considered 'Users'
as are your 'clients' who you make it available to. You can upgrade at any
time to the 20 User Version, or the Professional Edition (Unlimited Users).
