decide that your company no longer has a need for the application, we will cheerfully
pro-rata refund hosting and support costs for those months of the term that are

Pro application, your HelpDesk Staff/Operators are considered 'Users' as are your

No limit to the number of Users, whether 'Clients' or 'Operators'.
All prices in US$ All product delivered electronically via web, no product
physically shipped.
Perpetual licenses apply for the 'You Host' options and there are no on-going
fees.
Included in the price is a setup charge of $859. This charge is to cover third
party product license fees and setup costs which we incur when the runtime
is installed on your server. This $859 fee is non-refundable. [see this

Our 90 day unconditional, no-questions-asked, money-back guarantee policy applies.
Up until 90 days, should you for any reason decide that your company no longer
has a need for the application, we will cheerfully refund all fees - less the
setup fee.
Installation on your web server is a simple procedure and we will install the software for you, or we offer full support assistance if you wish to do it - there are no additional charges for this assistance.
